Domestic Shipping Policy

Fast deliveries in the country 1-3 days delivery. For purchases over 299 NIS free shipping. Up to 299 NIS Shipping fee 40.00 NIS.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Jewish holidays (including holiday eves) and Israeli holidays. .

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & worldwide shipping estimates

Deliveries abroad are sent through the EMS express mail service within the framework of Israel Post and according to its shipping rates abroad.

  EMS deliveries occur worldwide, so it depends on how far your package has to travel. For instance, it may take longer for a package from Canada or the US to be delivered overseas or take less time to ship from the US to Canada. As a general rule, packages are delivered in 1 to 3 days at the minimum, or 14 days maximum.

  Estimated delivery time: Registered international airmail service, may take 9-14 business days until it is delivered to the final recipient. Always take into account the declarations, rules and conditions set by the various customs of the countries that must be crossed in order to reach the destination.

Also must be notified Delays in delivery can occur occasionally.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

geulabook is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

geulabook  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
